Senior Accountant / President

Alfredo heads one of the leading Public Accounting firms in Broward County. His primary emphasis is individual and business taxation with many of the firm’s clients being closely held corporations, partnerships and limited liability companies.

Alfredo also has extensive experience in administrative organization, accounting, tax and financial organization on the corporate platform for Profit and Non Profit Corporations alike, which provides him an insight in the inner-workings and the unique needs and tax planning opportunities of each type of business.

Alfredo works closely and extensively with each client to achieve the biggest growth and financial success and his extensive experience in real estate transactions and strategies is a huge plus, as he advices individuals and business on asset management and taxation.

Ericka Arrue

Partner Accountant

Ericka graduated from Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Accounting. She is an experienced accountant with over 10 years of experience. She provides tax and accounting services to businesses and individuals and enjoys helping the community in her spare time; this is reflected in her active role servicing a number of non-profit organizations with all the accounting needs.

Although Ericka’s experience allows her to work with businesses of all sizes, she has found her niche to be in the individual and small businesses area, where her QuickBooks knowledge has proven to be a valuable asset and an advantage to all of the companies she has worked with.

Diana Chavarro

Full Charge Bookkeper

Diana Chavarro has a degree in Finance. Over the years, Diana has worked across several industries and has become an expert in accounting with experience in Quick Books Desktop and Online, Net Suite and TOPS & other accounting software.

Diana is passionate about solving complex accounting problems for small and large business owners and corporations. Being a quick learner and a team player, Diana is a great asset to our organization

Allyson Passeroff is a Full-Charge Bookkeeper of Actax Accounting. Over 7 years she has worked as a Bookkeeper and Payroll Administrator. She is an expert in QuickBooks and Peachtree.

She understands the importance of the accounting on every business. Allyson’s passion is to work with small business owners to help them to improve and better control their accounting to make them growth financially.

Kelly Sosa

Customer Service Assistant

Kelly is our Customer Service Assistant. She joined Actax in 2019. She focuses on providing excellent service to our clients. Kelly dedicates her time insuring that our clients at Actax obtain the proper service by responding to all their questions and concerns. Kelly has more than 10 years of experience in customer service. Kelly has worked in different industries and allowed her to be well versed in the different needs of each industry.

Ana Schiavo is a dedicated bookkeeper adept at analytical accounting. Strong planning and organizational skills resulted in a significant improvement in financial controls. Proven ability to recognized and resolve discrepancies. Ana shares Actax goals of being responsive and proactive to our client needs providing timely and quality service.

Gabriela Barba

Gabriela is one of our firm’s bilingual Bookkeepers. She has over 4 years experience in bookkeeping with specialties in payroll, and client relations. She enjoys the problem-solving aspect of accounting and finds it rewarding when she is able to help clients with their accounts.

Barbie Phillips

Office Manager
Barbie has worked across several industries such as builder, general contractor as well as residential and commercial permitting background which allows her to be well versed in the different needs of each industry.
Barbie’s focus is providing excellent service to our clients. She dedicates her time insuring that our clients at Actax maintain the proper service by responding to all their needs and concerns. Barbie has more than 15 years of experience in office administrative functions and has proven strong planning and organizational skills which assist in the overall function of Actax.
